WHAT ARE THE PARK TIMINGS FOR VISITORS?
The Corbett National Park is open for visitors from 01st October to 30th June. However, Jhirna and Dhela Zone are open throughout the year (subject to rain conditions ofcourse).

SAFARI AND FOREST REST HOUSE STAYS
The Corbett National Park is open for visitors from 01st October to 30th June. However, Jhirna and Dhela Zone are open throughout the year (subject to rain conditions ofcourse).

  • Entry permits are issued for a specific tourism zone. Safari/FRH stay is permitted only for the specific zone/rest house booked for. Other zones shall remain out of bounds for the visitor.

  • Only 30 petrol Gypsies are allowed in the morning and evening for each zone. Safari bookings start 30 days for SAARC nationals & 45 days for NON- SAARC nationals into each zone in a given shift, it is therefore advisable to get the safari booked well in advance.

  • A Gypsy can accommodate maximum of 06 adults & 02 children of age 11 years or below. However, 4 persons are suggested per Gypsy.

  • The duration of safari is 04 hours, starting either at around 0600 Hours or at around 1330 Hours.

  • The jeep charges applicable for foreign nationals is charged even if there is a single foreigner in the jeep.

  • Safaris can be booked 30 days in advance for Indian nationals and 90 days in advance for foreign nationals.

  • The photo-id that has been used for booking will be required to be carried in original for the verification at the gate.

  • Since only limited number of jeeps is allowed in a given shift we cannot guarantee the desired safari bookings, though we shall make all the efforts to do so.

  • Safari charges will be NON-REFUNDABLE if permit is booked/confirmed.

  • The charges quoted are per entry and include forest permit, guide and vehicle charges.

TRIP BOOKINGS
The Corbett National Park is open for visitors from 01st October to 30th June. However, Jhirna and Dhela Zone are open throughout the year (subject to rain conditions ofcourse).

  • In case of any price hike by the Corbett Tiger Reserve you’ll be duly informed and the difference will be shared equally.

  • The safari, excursion and activity rates are subject to change at any point of time without any prior notice.

  • The safari, excursion and activity rates may vary in case of any price hike by the Corbett Tiger Reserve you’ll be duly informed and the difference will be shared equally or may not be applicable for specific dates or periods.

  • All safaris, excursions and activities are subject to availability and/or confirmations.

  • In case any services are withheld, our liability will be limited only to the advance, if any, received against such withheld services.

  • Itinerary order may change however number of days and general programme will remain the same

  • In case of any revision in government tax structure or fuel prices, we reserve the right to revise the tour price. However, marginal revision in tour price will be absorbed by us.

  • The tour price is quoted as a package. No partial refunds or credit will be given for services not used. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance upon booking. 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% advance confirms your trip with us. Balance needs to be deposited at least 45 days before trip date.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 15 days before the arrival date – no refund

  • Less than 20 days before the arrival date - 60% refund

  • Less than 25 days before the arrival date - 75% refund

  • No refund in case of road block, accident, no show etc
